Flavour: Dry, velvety, moderate acidity and
good boody, harmonius.

Maximum yield of grapes: 70%.
Alcohol: 12,5% vol.
Acidity total: 5,5 – 6 gr. for thousand.
Producing area: Cossano Belbo, Treiso, Rocchetta
Belbo, Borgomale.
Ageing: It is a wine ready to drink. Vinous
when it is drunk young. It has a potential ageing in the bottle of any years; with
ageing it becomes ethereal, fine and well-balanced.
Recommended serving temperature: 18° – 20°
C.
Storage: it is better to keep the bottle horizontal,
away from the lights with a temperature of 10° – 14° C and away from temperature
leaps.
Food pairings: Ideal with roasts, stews, grilled meat and cheese.
